On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the staff, who assisted in organizing our hot air balloon ride, ensuring a backup option due to the changeable weather. The spacious room was a delight, boasting comfortable furnishings and immaculate housekeeping. The terrace provided a fantastic vantage point for witnessing the magical balloons at sunrise - truly a highlight. the hearty breakfast menu, featuring a delightful omelette, kept us satisfied all day. With services like luggage storage, a well-equipped 24-hour reception, and additional ticket assistance for local tours, I felt well taken care of without breaking the bank. While it leans towards the upscale side, the overall experience proves worthwhile for the tranquility and adventure it offers. For nature lovers like myself, this hotel is undeniably a gem that marries comfort with practical amenities - a sound investment for your travels.
